NPC's: Characters that are part of the background of many of my stories, they are not likely to ever be played as characters, but never say never.

If the NPC you've encounter is not listed, it's a one off entity, who may never appear again, unless fate decides otherwise. That or I'm too lazy to bring in a main character name, because I'm probably just doing a single one-off solitary line.
