Lightsaber forms:

All Jedi learn and study every form, but as they grow in skill, most will inevitably develop a special focus in certain forms, which they excel in above the rest.

  • Niman - As the most versatile form, Xyr has found this to be the most adaptable form for war time, and he still devotes much of his practice to this style.

  • Soresu - The defensive form, it was key to his survival during the war, and helps him to protect others.

Background: Trained from his early teens as a Jedi, Xyr eventually found that he had a special talent for the unique Force technique of Battle Meditation, and in time became a Jedi Guardian who focused mostly on missions in the Outer Rim.

During the final year of the Naboo-Galactic War, he was wounded in combat at Corellia, and was sent to Dorin for treatment, as he'd entered a coma that lasted three months.

He has since spent time recovering upon waking up, and only recently arrived at Naboo, learning that it was now the galactic centre for Jedi.
