Species: Viodian - Often mistaken for being a Miraluka, as he often wears a blindfold, Viodians are a completely different species. Originating on Viodia, they live mostly underground, due to the surface being subject to frequent terrible storms, and areas of high level radiation (all Viodians possess low level radiation resistance).
Their family structure is clan based, with surnames that describe them, such as Harmony or Blaze.
Due to the harsh conditions, of Viodia, there are frequent clan wars and conflicts, causing some to leave for other worlds.
The females of this species are all born optically blind, with their other senses heightened to a level that compensates for this, to the point that their hearing acts as a sort of radar sense, letting them detect their physical environment using sound.
They eventually gain optical sight, as they reach puberty or adulthood (the age varies), causing their heightened senses become reduced to a much lower level of sensitivity, but still greater than those of a human--but all Viodians, regardless of gender, will gain a massive increase to their other senses, if they are permanently or long term blinded, for any reason--as a result, there are some Viodian clans and gangs, who deliberately blind themselves to unlock their special senses, knowing they will still possess physical environment perception.
William suffered an illness as a child, while growing up on Corellia, an illness that Corellian doctors had no way of treating, and his father being cut off from Jedi healers, due to Corellia being in a state of civil war at the time, William was blinded, but found his other senses increased to compensate--while he would later find that he had the option of getting expensive optical cybernetics, he became used to using his Viodian hunter's senses, and as a result, has these abilities:

Enhanced hearing: William can hear a heartbeat from several metres away, often using this to discern if someone is lying. He can sense his physical environment using sound, with what he calls a "radar sense." He can also hear in ultrasonic and infrasonic frequencies.

Enhanced sense of scent and taste: He can identify individual beings by scent alone, and can track fresh scent trails, similar to a vornskr hound. He can identify various chemical types, and discern the most minute quantities of ingredients in a meal, that would be normally be undetectable. He can even smell ozone caused if infrared beams, and much more.

Enhanced sense of touch: Even if faced with something that has no sound or scent, he can feel heat emanation in the air, the slightest change of air currents, read print by touch, and guess at colours based on the heat they reflect. This sense also gives him a greater sense of balance, and allows him to feel the weak points in strong substances, assuming there are any.

Unique blood: Viodians are highly resistant to common blood borne pathogens, blood poisoning and lower levels of radiation, due to their unique blood, which is composed entirely of leukocytes that also carry oxygen and remove carbon dioxide. Their blood is white, not red, and they are universal donors and receivers.
As a result of his abilities, he is unable to see optically, meaning he can't see view-screens or holograms, except to guess at heat reflected by the illuminated colours, or light affecting the air particles.
While he can feel ink on paper, it is more common for people to use digital devices with touch screens, and he can't feel ink on laminated paper--to use most devices, or to pilot a ship, he replies on tactile interface, that forms a three dimensional image, that his radar sense can detect.
While hypersonics won't affect his radar sense, as the sound would only highlight his physical surroundings more, but they are very painful, and diminish his ability to communicate verbally, and at some levels, to concentrate.
With his sense of smell, he is highly vulnerable to pheromone attacks, and some chemicals can hide scent trails, others can cause nausea.
Lightsaber forms:
William excels in lightsabre combat, having trained since childhood, determined since the death of his father, to become the greatest swordsman of the Jedi Order--Some Masters have expressed concern for William's near fanatical .

Makashi: The graceful elegant form, suited for dueling other saber wielders. Taught by his father, the late Garen Harmony, who was a Makashi Master.
William is very highly skilled, specialising it so extensively, Master Sage has come to him for training in this form. In exchange, Sage, a Djem So master, has also been teaching Will.

Soresu: The defence form. A master of this form is nigh invincible. William focused heavily in this form, after his father was killed by multiple thugs with blaster rifles--he is highly skilled.

Jar'Kai: A method of utilizing two lightsabers in combat. As Will carries two lightsabres, it only made sense to learn this style, which is also useful for dealing with multiple opponents, and takes advantage of his father's former weapon's dual-phase mode which shortens the blade, making it similar to a Shoto's length, and well suited for close range attacks, or grappling techniques, when using reverse grip.

Juyo: The chaotic form, a dangerous art that comes close to the darkside. Very aggressive--Will is entry level skilled, having trained with a Miralukan Juyo master, named Yuunto Khulu, the husband of Akana Khulu, and father of Yuyu Kkulu.
As Master Yuunto died during the Naboo war, to save the lives of his family, Will has been unable to progress in his Juyo training, as he has not been able to find another Juyo master, who isn't a Sith.

Lightsabre x 2: Carries two sabres, one green bladed, one blue. The blue bladed sabre is his primary weapon, that Will himself made, while the green bladed sabre was inherited from his father, the Makashi master, Garen Harmony, and is kept as a backup weapon.
Both hilts are usually kept in belt holsters, but when they need to be hidden, they can be concealed in his robe sleeves, or in his reflec lined cane.

Vibro-sword & collapsible bo-staff: Concealed in a cane/staff, and used when he wishes to hide that he is a Jedi. The cane section can extend to a normal bo-staff length, and is insulated with reflec, to hide the vibro-sword, and to protect a hollowed section that can store his two sabres.
Attire and other items:
William usually dresses in plain, practical clothing, having recently taken to wearing some light armour, covering his right arm and shoulder, and some knee-pads. It's strong enough to protect him from normal blades and projectile slugs, but not vibroblades or blaster bolts, as it is very light, to not restrict his mobility, and it's enough to not make him look like a soldier.
The decision to start wearing this, came after he was forced to fight a Trandoshan clan leader, while unarmed, in order to save his padawan's life. During the fight, he was cut across the chest, by the Trandoshan's claws, and still bears the scar to this day.
With the armour, next time, he'd be ready.
When he wants to go unnoticed, or ignored in the Naboo underworld, he wears very drab clothing and robes, while pretending to be a blind masseur. In this disguise, he always has his sword-cane that can extend to staff length, and is often seen at various gambling dens, where he is overlooked by most, while he listens to all that goes on around him.

Custom-made datapad with a physical screen, that takes most pictures and converts them into a tactile surface, one that his radar sense / echolocation, can perceive.
Vehicle:
In addition to a Balutar class swoop, William also owns a small light freighter, fitted with a tactile interface system, specifically designed to allow William to see using his radar sense, although he usually lets his astromech droid, R2-M0, do the piloting.
With a small cabin area, it can serve as a cramped dwelling for two people.

William helped Sage break up an illegal animal fighting ring. While most of the animals simply went free, or were sent to a wildlife reserve, two of them followed after William, a pair of genetically modified animals, a four legged canine, a vornskr named Speedy, and a winged convor, named Drop-Bird--the latter was especially modified to be much bigger than a regular convor.
Both of them seem to find him whereever he goes, and at times he uses the force power of share senses, to see using their eyes, something he is in the process of teaching his padawan, Kaiya Azuma.
