None of these gifts are as powerful as a pure-blood Gaian or Iegan, such is the price of combined heritage.
Kaida's abilities are different, she possesses the full range of flight and telepathy of both her parents, and can breathe underwater, but does not possess Gaian strength, or Force-sensitivity.
Abilities / traits:

Compound lungs / Enhanced respiratory system—Unlike Kaida, Nate did not inherit gills, but instead has unique compound lungs. He can hold his breath for up to an hour, survive at high altitudes and deep sea pressures, and has high resistance against airborne toxins, and smoke inhalation. Due to his lungs, he has some degree of greater stamina.

3x peak human strength—Not as strong as a pure-blood Gaian, he's no weakling either.

Wings / Gliding—Using his wings, he can glide through the air, and never needs a parachute. Under normal condiotions, he lacks true flight, but with focused use of the force, he can gain some limited flight/altitude climbing.
When not in use, his wings fold away neatly, before retracting against his shoulders.

Low level telepathy—Allows him to sense surface thoughts (usually single words or short fragments of sentences) and emotions. Only effective at close range (a few meters—much stronger with physical contact). Also enables him to communicate mentally with other Gaians at a maximum range of one kilometre.
As a result of his gifts, he dehydrates faster than normal humans, unstable magnetic fields can disorientate him, and while he can defend against mental attacks, he must use more effort than most beings to do so.
The ways his eyes change appearance is automatic, meaning he can be exposed as non-human, and or a light-side force user, against his will.
Bright lights automatically trigger his glare reduction black lenses, receiving a telepathic message will change them gold, and things like force healing will make his eyes glow blue.
When he wishes to use his wings for more than gliding, he must apply concentration to use the force, reducing his ability to use the force for anything else—flight cannot be maintained for extended periods.

Lightsabre—Silver hilt with golden blade to represent learning of the force. Imbued with a Solari crystal, it can only be activated by a lightside being, and will not work for a Shadow or darksider.

Survival knife—Hand made using Gaian metal forging techniques, in preparation for his 19th birthday, when he undergoes the Rite of Survival—a month long journey spent in the wilderness of Gaia.
- DL-44 Blaster—A replacement for the one he first owned, which Takoda "borrowed" and never returned. During the Naboo war, he learned how to use a blaster, years before he was able to make a lightsabre.

Combat styles:
Nathaniel trains in Corellian boxing and Teräs Käsi, for hand to hand combat—the latter being taught by his father--and since becoming a Knight, specialises in Soresu lightsabre training.

Form III—Soresu - Known as "The Resilience Form" and "Way of the Mynock," Soresu was developed during the widespread emergence of blasters as an offensive weapon. Essentially a development on Form I blast-deflect training, Soresu relied on tight bladework and subtle dodges to provide maximum defensive coverage, minimizing exposure to ranged weaponry. Over time, Soresu transcended this basic origin, and came to be considered the ultimate expression of non-aggressive Jedi philosophy.
After Nathaniel was kidnapped at the age of four, Sage suggested he learn this lightsabre form, because of the saying: "The road is long, but it is worth the journey, for a true master of Form Three is invincible." Which is exactly what he wanted his son to be.
Soresu practitioners can be compared to a bird flying within the eye of the storm, choosing to be a calm centre, despite the chaos surrounding them.

Armoured groundcar—A modified and heavily armoured vehicle, taken from a planet with very limited technology, one ruled by gangs and thugs. It is fitted with several missile launchers and a roof mounted blaster turret. Nate had the vehicle modified with more modern computer systems and removed the animal skull that previously adorned the hood. It can reach speeds similar to most ground speeders, and comes with a powerful 4x4 driving mode, for off road terrain.
Standard ground speeder anti-grav engines have been installed for travel above water and similar, that work in conjunction with a boost thruster.
Natew claimed this vehicle after his speeder had managed to have been blown up by Kaiya Azuma, yet again, during a rescue operation no less, where Kaiya was the one being rescued. It had been the third time and Nate had had enough. Taking the groundcar to Naboo, he asked Kaida to have it decked out.. Let's see if Kaiya can blow this thing up.
(And I just realised now how similar those two names are, Kaida and Kaiya. The builder and the destroyer)

Gaian Light Freighter—A small, multi-role transport, with mobility similar to a typical YT-2400. When he and his sister Kaida, both turned 16, their grandparents offered to buy a small ship for each of them.
While Kaida opted for a nimble interceptor star-fighter, Nate knew he'd do a lot of travelling as a Jedi, and wanted something with more space, in case he had to use his ship as a temporary dwelling.
